Pierre Tissier is the man behind the transformation of many Citroën sedan into ambulances, vans and car carriers. Yes, car carriers. Tissier modified many Citroën including the one you guys like so much, the DS and the SM.
The only SM he ever modified
Now the CX
He also worked on the XM
And some other stuff he also made

A Citroen DS transporter carrying a Cobra 427. It doesn't get much more Jalop than that.

Does the DS up top retain it's magical hydropneumatic suspension? To me, that would definitely be worth the expense (especially for hauling around precious cargo like said Cobra)

Now the question, how much for one of his beauties? preferably a 1988 or down, so importation is possible...

I believe so, but I'm not sure. But Tissier also made 6-wheel van which were made using hydropneumatic axle.
